Insight Diagnostics Global is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all its forms within our business and supply chains. This statement sets out the steps we have taken and continue to take to ensure that modern slavery is not occurring within our organisation or in any of our supply chains.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our business or in any of our supply chains.

 

1. Our Organisation

Insight Diagnostics Global provides specialist neurodevelopmental assessment services, including ADHD and ASD assessments, via the NHS Right to Choose pathway, private referral, and medical insurance. We operate primarily through secure video consultations across England.

Our workforce comprises employed clinicians, independent contractor clinicians, and administrative staff. We are committed to ensuring that all individuals working within or on behalf of our organisation are treated with dignity and respect.

2. Our Policies

We operate the following policies that are relevant to this statement:

• Recruitment and Selection Policy — We carry out appropriate checks on all employees and contractors, including right-to-work verification, DBS checks (where applicable), and professional registration checks.
• Whistleblowing Policy — We encourage all workers, patients, and other business partners to report any concerns related to modern slavery. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking.
• Code of Conduct — Our code makes clear to employees the actions and behaviours expected of them when representing the organisation, and sets out our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.
• Equality and Diversity Policy — We are committed to ensuring no discrimination, harassment, or victimisation takes place within our organisation.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include providers of clinical technology platforms, administrative services, IT and software providers, professional services (legal, accounting), and facilities management. We assess our supply chain partners for compliance with modern slavery requirements and expect them to uphold the same standards we set for ourselves.

4. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

We undertake the following due diligence processes:

• Assessment of modern slavery risks within our business operations and supply chains
• Verification of employment eligibility and right to work for all staff and contractors
• Regular review of supplier contracts to include anti-slavery and human trafficking clauses
• Ongoing monitoring of identified risk areas and implementation of mitigating actions
• Encouragement of transparency and open reporting of any concerns

5. Training & Awareness

All staff and contractors are made aware of this policy and the signs of modern slavery. Relevant training is provided to those involved in recruitment and supply chain management. We ensure that our staff understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and know how to report concerns.

6. Review

This statement is reviewed and updated annually to reflect our ongoing commitment to preventing modern slavery. The statement has been approved by the senior leadership of Insight Diagnostics Global.
